Launch Day

Launching a new site is always a serious endeavor, but it takes on some added significance when it's your own site and you are wholly responsible for the content (and typos).  

This is version 3.0 of the Cykod site - Version 1.0 was a quickly thrown together site just to get something up after Martha and I made the commitment to focus 100% on this endeavor together.  Version 2.0 came a few months later and overall we were pretty happy with it. The site was a flipbook style site that took you step by step through the details about our company and how we could help you build your website.

With our transition away from site building, however, that version had to go.  Our new site is focused less on what we can do for clients and more on our company and our views - the site's focus is now on being a pulpit from which we can start to generate a company voice and provide the community with code and resources (after a couple years we felt it was time to try to give something back to the hive mind)
